Paspaley offers complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all items in original, unworn condition with security tags intact. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our fine jewelry and luxury apparel collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our Concierge team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original Paspaley presentation box and secure it inside the original shipping carton along with all certificates and documentation.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid insured shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.

• 4.
  Complimentary Collection

  Schedule a courier pickup or drop off your parcel at an authorized service point; your refund will be processed once our specialists verify the item's condition.
